Fiorenza was born and raised in the charming village of Castelfranco Emilia near Modena in Northern Italy. While vacationing in Italy, she met her future husband, Marcel, and in 2003 moved to the United States to begin a new chapter. She later earned her degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Las Vegas before dedicating herself to raising their twin daughters.
Her path to staging began unexpectedly. While accompanying Marcel, a residential and commercial real estate investor in Southern California and Las Vegas, to an open house, Fiorenza had an epiphany. She recognized that a thoughtfully staged home, with furniture scaled to the space, curated décor, and accessories chosen to highlight architectural features, could transform a property’s appeal. By creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that allowed buyers to visualize themselves in the home, she could help secure multiple above-market offers faster than the property had ever received before.
This experience cemented her belief that an empty house can feel cold and uninspiring, while a strategically furnished and artfully accessorized property tells a story, makes an emotional connection, and leaves a lasting first impression- regardless of the listing price.
Soon after, Fiorenza earned her ASP® Accredited Staging Professional designation, along with SDP® Expert Level and SDP® Master Level accreditations from two of the most respected home-staging training programs in the U.S. Combined with her credentials as an Accredited Color Consultant, these achievements have elevated her staging to a level that not only transforms spaces but also contributes directly to faster sales and stronger offers.
